Parking at The Ramada is free, and on arrival all you will need to do is head over to the main Reception on your right as you go in. Here, you can sign in, receive your key card and someone will show you where to go if you are unsure.

We provide changing mats for those who may need to use them and kindly ask for you to give it a wipe down using the sanitiser provided and return it to the box after use.

Parking at Mercure Hotel is free, however, you will need to enter your registration number on the screen at the leisure desk every week, to avoid any parking fines. On arrival, if you are unsure of where to go, please do ask at the Reception desk near the main entrance and someone will happily show you. In the changing rooms, we provide changing mats for those who may need to use them and kindly ask for you to give it a wipe down using the sanitiser provided and return it to the box after use. Please ensure you place all your personal belongings in the lockers provided - these can be locked securely with a padlock or used without - which will allow all the other users of the changing rooms to use the benches and changing cubicles safely and will keep your belonging safe during your lesson. 

We would also like to inform you of our current agreement with Mercure regarding discounted swimming membership. For any of our Tiny Swimming families, Mercure are offering a monthly adult membership of £25, where children swim for free. More information on this offer can be acquired at the leisure desk if you are at all interested in this. Further to this, Mercure welcome you to stay for a drink/food after your swimming lessons in the bar area by the main entrance, receiving 15% off your drinks. For this discount please make them aware that you are part of Tiny Swimming when you order at the bar.
